The Borrower/Developer is expected to pay State of Ohio prevailing wages during the construction of the Project (or as exempted by the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority Board of Directors). The Borrower/Developer will supply monthly status reports, affidavits and other documentation deemed necessary with respect to the prevailing wages on the Project.
Yes.
The Borrower/Developer will exercise its best efforts to utilize certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Female Business Enterprise (FBE) businesses in the construction of the Project improvements at a level of 30% or greater. The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority will monitor MBE and FBE participation in the construction of the Project. The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority may assist in identifying certified MBE and FBE for participation in the construction of the Project. The Borrower/Developer will supply monthly status reports, affidavits and other documentation deemed necessary with respect to the inclusion participation on the Project.
