International Trade District


The International Trade District is a defined geographic area located within the St. Clair Superior neighborhood perfectly suited as an anchor for job creation. The objective of the International Trade District (ITD) is to create a district capable of expanding existing business and attracting US and international companies to locate their distribution, manufacturing, warehousing and assembly facilities to take advantage of the district’s proximity to the water, rail and interstate transportation networks.
