About the Cleveland Port Authority

Port Authority Board of Directors
The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority was established in 1968 to oversee maritime operations and improve competitiveness. A nine-member board of directors sets the policies and procedures governing the port. The city appoints six members to the board, while the county appoints three.
